Fantasy Scarf

I learned how to put beads on my stuff and this yarn is great! It's the Deborah Norville cotton yarn in Serenity. I made this scarf for the health assistant's daughter, Sofia.

I didn't get a chance to take a picture of it finished and I gave it to her today. That was a big oops on my part.

Lemons

Gustavo had been riding around with the bag of lemons that his brother, Humberto had given to him. Today we are going to squeeze and freeze the juice.

I started this scarf yesterday and I'm almost finished with it. I posted this picture on my family FB page and my cousin, Laura, said she wanted it. So I guess it has an owner now. lol

Piles

I wanted to pick up cross stitch a few weeks ago and dismantled a work in progress that my daughter started and it still sits here on the end of a counter - which we moved from the kitchen table.

These are scarves that I finished - theres 3 of them waiting to be blocked into shape. These sit on the arm rest of the couch.

My new mound of yarn. Most of these skeins are recent purchases. I might need to get another basket or stop buying yarn for now.

Gustavo's attempt to get some work done. He brought this pile home from work about 2-3 weeks ago. This pile sits on the formal dining table.

Hot Dog Condiment - Inspired Scarf

My daughter, Denise, said that these colors look like mustard, ketchup and mayo - hot dog condiments. I finished this scarf yesterday.

Farewell Pink and Purple Zigzag Blanket

Delivering the Pink and Purple Zigzag Blanket to my friend, Sangeeta. It' for her daughter, Manha.



Manha doesn't seem to know why she's the recipient of this awesome blanket. But as soon as she gets to cuddle wth it, she will.



Gorditas

I found a really nice corn meal P.A.N. and made some gorditas stuffed with cheese and turkey.

This one is filled with cheese and turkey meat.

Therapy

I went to get my class on how to inject my medication. All of the steps needed to create a sterile environment. the routine. I'm surprised it is not so difficult and not at all painful. I still have numb legs. The medication isn't really for that, it's supposed to slow down the progression of the disease.
